  • Any valid driver’s licence
  • Ontario enhanced driver’s licence
  • Any valid passport (pages with photo and signature)
  • Ontario photo card
  • Certificate of Canadian Citizenship (front and back)
  • Permanent resident card (issued before February 4, 2012)
  • Certificate of Indian Status
  • Canadian Department of National Defence Identification Card
EMERGENCY FIRST AID CPR LEVEL C CERTIFICATE

DO NOT SUBMIT A TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE!
A copy of your valid PERMANENT minimum Emergency First Aid CPR/AED Level C Certificate. is required.

What is learning journal?
Keeping a learning journal for this course is a mandatory activity, so do not forget to take notes while you are completing this training. There is no minimum requirements per say, except that you do actually take some notes as you are going through the program.
